Your mission:

Management of an international engineering team for the AMEA region Coordination and prioritization of the customer services (technical support, commissioning activities, SaaS support) Contact person for the team members in technical and organizational questions Participate to customer support, trainings, webinars and other related activities when necessary Responsible for technical training, updates and further development of internal team members You will report directly to the local Regional Manager

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, software engineering or similar, master's degree would be a plus. Leadership experience. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills as well as hands-on mentality. Experience with solar energy and SCADA systems. Excellent English language skills. Arabic and/or French would be a plus. Ideally, experience with meteocontrol solutions. Travels within Middle East and Africa occasionally
