Team Lead Quality (offshore Whts, Subsea Cable & Piping, B/f)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the quality team for offshore-related activities, including WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and B/F work. Develop and implement quality management plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs) from the office. Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, and material certificates. Ensure that all work complies with relevant project specifications, codes, and industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO). Monitor contractor and vendor quality performance and compliance, focusing on offshore activities. Identify and manage non-conformances, providing solutions and following up on corrective actions. Liaise with project management, engineering teams, and offshore site teams to ensure smooth quality execution. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the quality team. Prepare and deliver regular quality reports and updates for senior management and clients. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 18 years of experience in quality management in the oil and gas industry. Strong experience in offshore projects related to WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and B/F. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, inspection processes, and industry standards. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS, NACE) preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET) preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
