Job Title Team Lead PEP

Description

Do you want to be responsible to manage the PEP team and take care of engineering question for the workshop, quality and sales department? Are you ready to take a new challenge?

Your main tasks include, among others:

Professional guidance of team members.
Assigning tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
Foster qualifications and further development of the team.
Ensure good communication within the team and towards other departments.
Monitor and manage working capacity of the PEP team.
Assist production, particularly during inspections and complex repairs.
Prepare, support and monitor OEM concession requests.
Obtain required maintenance data.
Developing work scopes and work packages to comply to customer requirements.
Developing tools and system to support complex inspections in the workshop.
Ensure the coordination between LTME internal departments and external to LHT.
Report to the Chief Operating Officer.

If you want to be the next Team Lead PEP (Production Engineering and Planning) / PE (Production Engineer) , you must fulfill the following requirements:

Minimum of 5 years Aeronautical Engineering experience required.
Experience in engineering of aircraft structures or sheet metal/composite components required.
Excellent leadership skills including cooperative approach with the team and motivation skills.
Persuasive power and assertiveness.
Ability to empathize with the needs of team members.
Experience in conflict management.
Experience in change management preferable.
Good negotiation skills, ability to assert oneself and highly skilled team worker.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in project management preferable.
Good English knowledge, German language skills are beneficial.
Advanced computer skills.
Willingness for further training.
Willingness to travel.
