Job Description
We are urgently looking for Team Lead HSE for one of our PMC projects.
Qualification Required
The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Responsibilities
Lead HSE planning and execution across offshore sites, including artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems. Develop and implement HSE policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed. Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors to ensure alignment with project HSE goals. Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers, fostering a proactive safety culture. Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, NEBOSH).
Experience Required
Minimum 15-20+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas, with 8+ years in offshore leadership roles. Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) and NEBOSH IGC or equivalent are mandatory. Proven track record in managing HSE for mega EPC projects, shutdowns, and brownfield upgrades PMC experience will be preferred Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
