We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Team Lead - Execution

to oversee and guide the accounting and tax execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client deliverables, reviewing financial reports, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review

accounting and tax reports

for clients. Oversee the work prepared by internal execution teams to ensure

accuracy and compliance

. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and resolve queries. Support management in

process improvement

and maintaining quality standards. Ensure timely completion of assignments and adherence to

UAE tax regulations

. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

accounting principles

and

UAE taxation laws

(VAT, Corporate Tax). Excellent

communication and coordination

skills. Proficiency in

MS Office

and

accounting software

(e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar). Ability to

lead and motivate a team

effectively. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
