Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Team Lead - Examinations to oversee and coordinate all examination-related activities. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of examination officers, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- Develop and maintain examination schedules, ensuring effective planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with academic departments to gather examination requirements and ensure compliance with university policies.
- Coordinate the creation, distribution, and storage of examination papers with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage examination evaluation process.
- Monitor adherence to examination rules, regulations, and academic integrity standards.
- Resolve examination-related issues, conflicts., and appeals promptly and fairly.
- Utilize examination management systems/software for efficient administration and result processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of examination-related data.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and implement process improvements as needed.
- Master?s Degree required.
- Proven experience in examination administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Thorough knowledge of examination policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and examination management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
