Job Description
A leading Real Estate Agency in the UAE is looking for a Team Lead who will lead the team of real estate agents and drive business growth in the competitive real estate market in UAE.You will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, fostering an environment of open communication, and achieving ambitious sales targets.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and manage a network of local real estate agents to provide new property listings.
- Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for agents to work towards and manage the pipeline of a transaction from start to finish
- Work with internal teams to ensure that status of listings are curre.nt and track progress
- Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring alignment with industry changes.
- Offer guidance and motivation to close sales, focusing on achieving overall objectives.
- Develop and implement client relations strategy, negotiating contracts and resolving issues.
- Conduct sales meetings and training programs to enhance agent skills and meet targets.
- Identify business opportunities through networking and attending property events.
- A minimum of 5-10 years experience in the Real Estate industry (UAE)
- Should have a good understanding of UAE real estate legislation, industry news, issues, and trends.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, Arabic speaking will be an advantage
- Proven leadership and management skills of small to medium-sized teams.
- Customer-centric with a warm demeanour, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit.
