Position: Tea/Cofee Maker

Summary
The Tea Maker is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality tea beverages,Breakfast maintaining cleanliness and organization of the beverage station, ensuring consistent taste and presentation, and delivering excellent customer service. This role may also involve inventory control, basic cashier duties, and support for related other fast food related activities .

Responsibilities:

Brew a wide range of teas (black, green, oolong, white, herbal, chai, specialty blends) using correct temperatures, steep times, and ratios. Prepare hot and iced teas, milk teas, tea lattes, bubble tea, and seasonal specialties. Calibrate recipes for consistency; adjust sweetness, strength, and flavor profiles per guidelines. Present beverages according to brand standards (garnishes, labeling, lids). Greet customers, understand orders, and provide product recommendations (tea types, flavor notes, caffeine levels, food pairings). Handle special requests (dairy alternatives, sugar-free options, allergens) safely and respectfully.
Salary is between 1300 - 1500 AED ( non negotiable ) other benefits can be discussed during interview

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Tea shop o is advantageous but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment usage. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when required. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
