Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Assistant and Montessori training sessions (theory & practical)
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments
Deliver engaging and interactive classes
Support and mentor students throughout the course
Maintain a positive, professional, and student-focused environment
Requirements:
Experience in Teaching Assistant training and/or Montessori training
Background in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Ability to deliver practical demonstrations and clear explanations
Certification in Montessori or Teaching Assistant courses (preferred)
