Teaching Assistant (TA) - Immediate Start

? Location: British Orchard Nursery, Al Nahda Branch, Dubai
? Status: Full-Time, Immediate Joining Required
? Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning materials.
• Provide attentive care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort at all times.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through positive interactions and play-based learning.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, vibrant, and safe classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, nap times, and toileting.
• Support the implementation of the nursery's curriculum and policies.

? Essential Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a certification in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE/ CACHE/NVQ) is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in a nursery, preschool, or similar childcare setting is preferred.
• Mandatory: All relevant educational and experience certificates must be attested as per UAE regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
