Key Responsibilities

• Support students in developing social, fine motor, and academic skills in alignment with the school curriculum.
• Assist in planning and delivering differentiated lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Use data and observations to monitor pupil progress and provide targeted support where needed.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials, learning aids, and resources.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
• Promote positive behavior and uphold the school's behavioral policies.
• Provide one-to-one or small-group interventions to support students facing learning challenges.
• Support classroom routines, including organization of homework folders, reading materials, and student diaries.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Utilize technology to enhance learning and student engagement.
• Participate in after-school programs, extracurricular clubs, and school community events.
• Contribute to the assessment and reporting of student progress in coordination with teachers.
• Attend mentoring sessions and professional development programs to enhance instructional skills.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (or working toward teaching qualification).
• Previous experience supporting classroom instruction in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and inclusive learning practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to support teachers in implementing curriculum objectives and differentiated instruction.
• Comfortable using educational technology tools and digital learning platforms.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude with a passion for education.
