GEMS Royal Dubai School is seeking Teaching Assistants for UAE Nationals to provide classroom support across British curriculum year groups. This role involves assisting teachers, guiding children aged 3 to 12, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a supportive school environment.

Core Duties

• Assist teachers with classroom preparation and lesson activities
• Work with small groups of students to improve reading and basic maths skills
• Supervise children during breaks and transitions between classes
• Support the academic and personal development of students from early years to primary levels
• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Ensure all tasks are aligned with school safeguarding policies

Required Skills and Experience

• UAE National with a family book
• High School Diploma or higher
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Basic maths skills and ability to support learning tasks
• Proficiency in basic computer use
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Commitment to term-time school hours (7am-3pm, Mon-Thu, half-day Friday)
