Scope of the job As a Jr. Educator You are responsible for the safety and stimulation of all the children at Blossom and specifically those in your care. You will do the following to the best of your ability ensuring connection, optimism and praise flow in your classroom ethos. Jr. Educator assist lead teachers in daily nursery activities, handling of the class and maintenance & cleaning of classroom and other significant areas on a daily basis. Next to assistance in implementing learning experiences that advance the intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of children within a safe, healthy learning environment, the Jr. Educator is responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy classroom, assisting children in feeding and toileting and making sure the need of each individual child is being met. This person must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children and employees, and be willing to fulfil responsibilities in accordance with the school\xe2\x80\x99s educational philosophy. -Bachelor\'s Degree, Cache Level 2 or 3, (ongoing or completed)/ equivalent.
-Relevant Work Experience.
