Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Teacher Assistant
to support our teaching staff in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will assist in classroom management, help prepare educational materials, and support students in their academic and personal development.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the main teacher in planning and delivering lessons. Support students during classroom activities and assignments. Help maintain discipline and a safe, inclusive classroom environment. Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom resources. Supervise students during breaks, field trips, and extracurricular activities. Provide additional support to students who need extra help. Assist in maintaining attendance and performance records. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education or a related field (preferred). Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a similar educational role is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, organized, and enthusiastic about working with children. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
