Job Description
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or relevant Certificate in Early Childhood Education
Experience in EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework
Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that supports emotional and social development
Monitor, assess, and document children's progress and learning outcomes
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' development, behavior, and milestones
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning and structured routines
Maintain classroom organization, hygiene, and adherence to health and safety standards
Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and administrators to ensure consistent quality of care and education
Key Skills:
Knowledge of EYFS or similar early years curriculum
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children
Creativity in developing age-appropriate learning materials and activities
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000
