Job Description
The teacher is responsible for providing early childhood education to young children between the ages of 3-5 years old. Their job duties typically include:
Planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. Â Creating a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity. Â Communicating with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress and development. Â Encouraging positive social interaction among children and promoting good behavior. Â Providing individual attention to children who need extra support. Â Observing and assessing children's progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly. Â Collaborating with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for the children. Â Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and achievements. Â Participating in parent-teacher conferences and other school events.
