Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for preschool children. Foster a nurturing and creative classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Assess and track children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and administrators. Ensure

classroom cleanliness, hygiene, and safety

on a daily basis. Support with cleaning duties within the nursery environment to maintain a healthy and organized space. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and program activities. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development initiatives. Uphold nursery policies and maintain a professional appearance in the workplace.

Job Requirements

Previous teaching or childcare experience (preferably in a nursery/preschool setting). Freshers are also welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. Commitment to child safety, hygiene, and well-being. Flexibility to work as per company requirements.

Employment Details

Working Hours:

12 hours/day (flexible, with overtime when required)

Weekly Off:

1 day per week Additional benefits as per UAE labor law.
