Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable tutor to provide personalised academic support to students in all subjects . The tutor will assess students' needs, help them grasp challenging concepts, and improve their academic performance through one-on-one.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide individual or group tutoring sessions in [specific subjects, e.g., Math, English, Science]. Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop customized learning plans. Explain difficult concepts in a clear and relatable way. Help students with homework, test preparation, assignments, and study skills. Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents/guardians. Encourage and motivate students to achieve academic success. Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment. Stay up to date with curriculum standards and teaching strategies.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred or required for some subjects). Proven expertise in the subject area(s) you are tutoring. Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with various learning styles and academic accommodations. Ability to handle multiple students with different learning needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
