The Bloomington Academy, the first British Curriculum school in Ajman, is seeking dedicated and qualified
Teacher Assistants
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education and contribute to a positive learning environment for our students.Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in planning and implementing lessons. Provide individual and small group support to students. Help maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment. Support students' social, emotional, and academic development. Prepare teaching materials and resources as directed by the class teacher. Supervise students during activities, breaks, and outings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
(Education-related degree preferred). Familiarity with theBritish Curriculum
is an advantage. Candidates currently based inAjman/Sharjah
are preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.Job Type: Full-time
