Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (cache 3)
Skills: Ability to create engaging lesson plans, excellent classroom management, and a nurturing attitude.
To be responsible for providing high quality of education and learning abiding by the academic and quality expectations.
To carry out duties with a customer focused attitude, providing excellent customer service with a proactive work ethic.
To fulfil duties as a class teacher.
To oversee day-to-day operation of the classroom; including maintaining a harmonious and efficient work environment, ensuring breaks are taken at appropriate times, daily schedule is followed, etc.
To take the lead with classroom Curriculum - Planning, Implementation and Evaluation, ensures lesson plans, curriculum plans, supply requests, etc., are completed on time.
To assists in the maintenance of appropriate standards for children's discipline and behaviour standards using non-punitive methods.
To work with team in determining courses for professional development.
