This is not simply our job, it's our passion. About The Role We are on a look out for experienced Tea Sommelier who can bring passion and expertise to our newly launched tea program. As Tea Sommelier you will be responsible for creating superb tea experience in Plato's Tea Lounge as well as other relevant venues. You will work closely with the service team, delivering trainings on product knowledge, tea pairing and upselling techniques, making sure that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained. It is also essential that you have full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and ensure excellent standard of service across the department. About You The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in a luxury environment with extensive tea and afternoon tea offerings. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clientele. Fluency in European languages is a plus.
