The Tea Boy is responsible for preparing and serving traditional Arabic tea, coffee (Gahwa), and other refreshments to guests in the Majlis, ensuring high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and etiquette as per local customs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve Arabic tea, coffee, and other beverages promptly and with proper presentation.
Ensure the continuous availability of refreshments during Majlis sessions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Majlis and tea preparation area.
Refill supplies and ingredients such as coffee, tea leaves, sugar, cardamom, dates, etc.
Greet and attend to guests courteously and respectfully.
Assist in setting up and clearing the Majlis before and after guest visits.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Respect the privacy and traditions of the household.
Requirements:
Experience in making Arabic tea and coffee preferred.
Basic knowledge of hospitality or housekeeping.
Good personal hygiene and grooming.
Respectful and polite demeanor.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain discretion.
Flexible working hours depending on guest visits and functions
