Job Description
Key Responsibilities of a Tea Boy:
Making Tea and Coffee
: Preparing hot beverages for staff members according to their preferences.Serving Refreshments
: Delivering tea, coffee, and sometimes snacks to employees at their desks or workstations.Maintaining Supplies
: Ensuring there are enough tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and other supplies.Cleaning Up
: Keeping the kitchen or break area clean and tidy, including washing cups and utensils.Running Errands
: Sometimes, the role may include other small tasks like delivering messages or assisting with minor administrative duties.Skills and Qualities:
Punctuality
: Being on time to prepare and serve refreshments.Attention to Detail
: Remembering how each colleague likes their tea or coffee.Good Communication
: Being friendly and approachable.Multitasking
