Adecco Middle East is hiring TCS Bancs payment support for a leading client in Dubai, UAE

Role: TCS Bancs payment support

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: 1 Year extended Contract.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience at a relevant technical position in large organizations
• Banking background is preferred.
• Knowledge of TCS BaNCS application, backend and front END
• Understands SWIFT & local payment settlement.
• Has knowledge of shell scripting, Jboss, Oracle, spring, hibernate, programming Language.
• Hands on experienced on windows & unix
• Able to handle pressure& support critical production issues.
• Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
• Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7).
• Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
• Application performance tuning and optimization.
• Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA.
• Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis.
• Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that application availability exceed the defined service levels.
• Maintain the assigned application environment during business hours and off-hours Install, configure and maintain complex application environments.
• Define performance management parameters for related applications.
• Ensure that application services exceed the defined performance levels. Review application performance on a regular basis and ensure proactive actions and communication to avoid service disruption.
• Provide second level support for incident and problem tickets while maintaining service levels.
• Manage services from relevant vendors.
