Job Description

As part of the Finance department, make sure all Tax matters including filing the tax return and completing assessments. Providing all ministry related survey and data. Passing Accounting entries in SAP. Key Deliverables: You will be responsible for all Tax matters of the company (VAT/Income Tax/With Holding Tax etc.,). Filing the timely returns quarterly and yearly. Ensure the refunds and assessments are completed on time. Comply with all the Tax rules. Comply with all the ministry related survey data preparation and submission. Ensure proper procedures are followed in all matters or work. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. You will be responsible for accounting of - local invoices. Accounting for transportation to contractors/forwarding agencies. Checking LPO and purchase invoice and accounting the same in SAP. Review payment terms and prepare as necessary. Preparing Purchase Credit Notes (PCN), preparing debit notes, etc. as required. Any other jobs given from time to time.

Job Profile: Qualifications: Graduate in finance/accounting with inter CA/ inter ACCA/ inter CMA.

Skills/Knowledge: Inter personnel skills. SAP working knowledge. Good communication skills (Verbal & Written). Arabic writing and reading and translation. Dealing with Tax Authorities & Various ministries related to Finance Computer skills (MS Office). Ability to prioritize tasks. Time management skills. Detailed banking procedures. Applicable laws, codes and regulations.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years' experience in relevant field. Preferably minimum one year of a large manufacturing industry experience ( in cable manufacturing is an extra plus). Should have SAP working knowledge.
