Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tax Consultant

who is eager to grow within an international practice and support projects in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

Managing legal and tax consulting projects in compliance with UAE legislation. Supporting clients in launching and operating businesses in the UAE, including international structuring. Advising on company registration and corporate transactions. Preparing commercial proposals and conducting business correspondence with clients. Monitoring legislative changes in the UAE and preparing overviews, presentations, webinars, and events. Liaising with external legal and tax consultants in the UAE and other jurisdictions. Handling company registration and administration in the UAE: corporate resolutions, registry updates, reporting support. Assisting with the application and processing of "Golden" and other types of residency visas. Communicating with government authorities and free economic zones in the UAE. Building long-term client relationships and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

Advanced English and Russian proficiency. Higher education (Bachelor's/Master's degree); additional certifications are a plus. At least 3 years of experience in tax consulting. Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate services in the UAE. Strong knowledge of international taxation principles and frameworks. Understanding of UAE tax legislation is an advantage. In-depth expertise in Russian tax law (corporate income tax, VAT). High motivation for learning and development, including UAE and Middle East legal frameworks. Personal qualities: integrity, attention to detail, proactiveness, excellent communication skills, multitasking, business etiquette, quick thinking, strong empathy, and a genuine willingness to help. Experience in interdisciplinary roles at the intersection of law and economics is an advantage.
