Roles and Responsibilities

VAT Return filing and Compliance procedures including VAT Registration, Deregistration, VAT Amendments, VAT TAX Group Registration and Refund.
Verification of Import details with the FTA generated reports for the same period.
Knowledge of UAE Corporate tax laws
Expertise in coordinating and follow-up with Federal Tax Authority to resolve the client\'s issues.
Expertise in applying for Reconsideration (penalty waiver off or redemption) request to Federal Tax Authority.
Updating and guiding clients and in house consultants regarding new rules and public clarification issued by Federal Tax Authority.
Clarifying in-house consultant\'s and clients\xe2\x80\x99 queries and doubts.

Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or relevant field.
A minimum of 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Corporate tax (India, UK, etc) or similar role in middle east.
Qualified CA, ACCA or similar
In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations, as well as international tax principles.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Experience in conducting B2B meetings and building client relationships.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
