Now, we're looking for a talented

Transfer Pricing Associate

to join our growing team and be part of something exciting.

What You'll Do:

Transfer Pricing Documentation:

Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Master File, Local File, and benchmarking studies in accordance with OECD guidelines and UAE transfer pricing regulations.

TP Audits & Analysis:

Conduct transfer pricing audits, perform economic and functional analyses, and support clients in designing and evaluating intercompany pricing policies.

Intercompany Transactions:

Analyze intercompany transactions, work closely with internal teams, and ensure full compliance with corporate tax and transfer pricing requirements.

Advisory Support:

Provide advisory services on transfer pricing implications for business restructurings, cross-border transactions, and tax planning.

Compliance & Research:

Stay updated on UAE tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and global OECD developments to ensure accurate and compliant deliverables.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Certification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or specialized TP training is preferred.
Strong understanding of UAE Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing regulations.
Experience in preparing benchmarking studies and TP documentation.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
