Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tax Agent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant UAE experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax advisory, compliance, and filing services to our clients in line with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a registered Tax Agent representing clients before the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
Prepare, review, and file VAT returns and corporate tax submissions on behalf of clients.
Conduct tax health checks and assist clients in managing tax audits and clarifications.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT Law, Excise Tax Law, and Corporate Tax Law.
Stay up to date with the latest UAE tax regulations and communicate relevant changes to clients.
Provide guidance on tax planning, risk minimization, and cost-saving strategies.
Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and internal departments.
Deliver tax training and support to clients and internal teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
