Salary Range:

AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and experienced Accounting and Tax Review Manager

to oversee and guide our accounting and tax execution team. The ideal candidate will manage client deliverables, review financial reports, and ensure timely and accurate task execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review accounting and tax reports for clients. Supervise and review the work of internal execution teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. Act as the

primary point of contact

for both local and international clients regarding accounting, tax, and audit requirements. Manage a

client portfolio of around 100 clients

, ensuring consistent quality and communication. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and resolve queries. Support management in

process improvement

and maintaining

quality standards

. Ensure

timely completion

of all assignments and compliance with

UAE tax regulations

. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a

smooth workflow

and

high client satisfaction

.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

accounting principles

and

UAE taxation laws

(VAT, Corporate Tax). Excellent

communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

. Proficient in

MS Office

and accounting software such as

Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho

, or similar. Proven ability to

lead, review, and motivate

team members effectively. Strong

analytical

,

organizational

, and

attention-to-detail

skills.
