Prepare dough, marinades, and ingredients for naan, roti, and tandoor dishes
Manage firing and cleaning of the tandoor oven
Handle raw materials and ensure proper storage
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Assist in plating and timely order dispatch
Support inventory handling and minimize wastage
Work efficiently during peak hours
Skills
Basic knowledge of tandoor operations (preferred)
Ability to work in high-heat kitchen environments
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Team player with a positive attitude
