Job Description

Scope and General Purpose Under the guidance of the Talent & Culture Manager and within the limits of Accor policies and procedures; assist and provide T&C assistance for all employees in the property. Contribute to the desired work culture and employee relation and activity. 1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 1.1 Participate in the preparation of the T&C Budget under the guidance of T&C Manager 1.2 Establish and maintain effective employee relations and activities 1.3 Maintain an up to date computerized database of all employees and keep the payroll system accurate at all times 1.4 Assist in the preparation of the monthly Talent & culture Report 1.5 Assist Talent & culture Manager in the preparation of periodic reports as required and ensure that all official reports are sent on time 1.6 Coordinate with all Departments with regard to Talent & culture related activities 1.7 Assist the Employee Welfare Committee in planning, organizing and implementing employee sports, social and welfare activities 1.8 Assist in maintaining personnel files for all employees in methodical and confidential manner and ensure files and other information are kept under strict confidentiality 1.9 Perform related duties and special projects as required 2. General Responsibilities 2.1 Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and high standard of social skills 2.2 Promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations 2.3 Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and promote a good company image to guests and colleagues 2.4 Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment 2.5 Adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times 3. Occasional Responsibilities 3.1 Participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by senior management 3.2 Assist the Duty Manager in any task outlined/detailed by him/her 3.3 Comply with any reasonable request made by management to the best of your ability 4. Legal Responsibilities 4.1 Ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above. Schedule: Full-time
