Our client, a well-known HR solutions software provider, is looking for a Talent Systems Support Specialist to be based in Dubai.

You must have a solid understanding of talent management processes and systems, and be able to quickly adapt to new technologies and trends in the industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will be interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the smooth functioning of our client\xe2\x80\x99s talent systems by conducting regular system checks and maintenance.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the implementation consultant to configure and customize the talent systems to meet business requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Provide end-user support and training on the talent systems to ensure effective system usage across the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the talent systems in a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement system enhancements and upgrades.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze system usage data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for system upgrades and new system implementations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or related field.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience working with talent management systems, such as applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, and performance management systems.

\xc2\xb7 Strong technical skills, including proficiency in system configuration and troubleshooting.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of talent management best practices and industry trends.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
