We are looking for a

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and team needs Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding Source and attract high-caliber candidates through job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf), ATS, Boolean search, and social media platforms Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability Maintain accurate records in the internal candidate database and recruitment trackers Engage passive candidates and nurture long-term professional relationships Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring in alignment with business goals

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (UAE experience preferred) Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing techniques, and Boolean search Hands-on experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms Fluent in English (Arabic or an additional language is a plus) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Real Estate or Service Industry experience will be an advantage
