As a Talent Development & Performance Management Support Manager, you will be responsible to work in conjunction with the Talent Management Director and colleagues to deliver impactful learning and Performance Management initiatives aligned to business needs. Your job scope also includes:
Interact regularly with all Miral colleagues (including park walks and special events), with specific focus on allocated stakeholder groups
Work closely with the HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand specific department/Park requirements from an E-learning and Performance Management perspective.
Align e-learning initiatives across Miral to business needs
Deliver the full learning cycle, including needs analysis, design and delivery of blending learning solutions and evaluation
Design online learning solutions using a variety of tools such as Articulate & VYond; launch these learning modules on platforms such as Yammer, Loop, LMS & Teams
Deliver the full Performance management cycle including systems enhancement via Oracle Fusion
Support the TM cycle.
Support broader HR initiatives by working closely with the rest of the HR team
Research new and innovative learning and engagement tools and ideas, and share with the team
Assist with document control, training data and reporting as required.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
Bachelors Degree
3 years minimum in Learning and Development & performance management cycle with a breadth of experience across design and delivery
Excellent written and spoken English
Good MS Office skills; Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Able to design learning materials (including guides, handouts, presentations and storyboards for online learning)
Relationship building and a team-player

Desirable:
CIPD level 5
SHRM / HRCI
Demonstrable experience within the Hospitality, Retail or Theme Park industries
Demonstrable experience in running engagement activities
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Working knowledge of online learning platforms
Working knowledge of movie making; editing
Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
