The purpose of this role is to direct and manage the implementation of the company training & development strategy and initiatives to develop and retain high-potential employees and build internal capability to meet current and future business needs. Research and assist in the development of PM training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns. Ensure that organization-wide talent management and PM initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness. Provide opportunities for ongoing development, resolve any specific problems, and tailor training programs as necessary. Build and maintain a solid understanding of the organization's objectives and needs, helping create and deliver the annual training strategy. At least Nine years of HR training & Development experience required in Global & International Companies Project Management Skills: Manage, lead and participate in the development, deployment, and execution of a workforce development strategy. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required. HR Professional Certificate such as CIPD - SHRM 11 - 15 Years of Experience
