Job Category: Human Resources : Stakeholder Management
Interact regularly with all Miral colleagues (including park walks and special events), with specific focus on allocated stakeholder groups
Work closely with the HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand specific department/Park requirements
Manage End-to-end Learning Cycle
Align learning initiatives across Miral to business needs
Deliver the full learning cycle, including needs analysis, design and delivery of blended learning solutions and evaluation
Deliver Impactful training workshops for Knowledge and Soft-skills development of colleagues across all levels
Design online learning solutions using a variety of tools such as Articulate & VYond; launch these learning modules on platforms such as Viva Engage, Loop, LMS & Teams
Support team with maintaining accurate and timely training records
Work in collaboration with Talent Management team to support IDP implementation
Support Other Functions
Support with Miral's Emiratization strategy in collaboration with Emiratization team
Support with Internships, Cross-training, Multiskilling as required from time to time
Education and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in any field
Years of Experience
3 years minimum in Learning and Development with a breadth of experience across design and delivery (Facilitation / Training experience
Knowledge, Languages and Skills
Knowledge of Learning Needs Analysis, Program Design & Development using ADDIE, Training Delivery and Facilitation, Training Evaluation using various training models such as Kirkpatrick, Philips ROI Model etc, Continuous Improvement, Learning Management Systems.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite including MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Team-work, Collaboration, Stakeholder Management and Accountability
Language: English - proficient
