Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day training and talent development operations
Plan and execute logistics for learning programs, 360 assessments, and coaching initiatives
Assist in the development and deployment of training and leadership content
Liaise with external vendors for market research, procurement, and program delivery
Support talent management and succession planning activities across the business
Use various assessment tools to evaluate skills, potential, and development needs
Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee development initiatives
Communicate effectively with senior leaders, managers, and stakeholders
Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
Skilled in coordinating learning programs, coaching, and leadership development
Familiarity with talent assessment tools and succession planning methods
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to analyze data and extract insights to improve development strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience supporting training or talent development functions
Experience with procurement and vendor management is a plus
Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred
12-month full-time contract role based in Qatar
