This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and help you develop skills in recruitment, training coordination, etc. Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment metrics.
Learning & Development Support:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and resource/material preparation.
  • Track employee training records and maintain the learning management system (LMS).
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and collecting feedback from participants.
  • Support the development of training materials, presentations, and online learning resources.
Administrative Support:
  • Prepare documents such as offer letters and training material.
  • Stay updated on procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
This is a 6 months internship. Desired Skill & Expertise:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • To be on a student / parent's sponsorship visa
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
