The Position

To provide administrative support to the colleagues in the Human Resources function. This position focuses on the Heart of House projects which includes the HR Marketing, Engagement/Employee Relations activities and Corporate Social Responsibilities initiatives in line with Accor\'s Planet 21.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Spearheading Heart of House projects that includes the revamp in line with Accor and Sofitel brand standards
  • Preparing Team Gathering presentations
  • Maintaining and updating HR notice boards
  • Prepare and issue monthly colleague newsletter
  • Responsible for Colleague of the Month/Supervisor of the Quarter/Leader of the Quarter/Trainer of the Quarter processes (nominations, certificates)
  • Planning and preparing Team Gathering and Town Hall Meetings (scheduling, invitations, BEO\xe2\x80\x99s)
  • Organizing the monthly Heartist meetings, take and update meeting minutes, follow up on feedback
  • Organize the monthly GM\xe2\x80\x99s lunch events (Booking the venue, send out the list etc)
  • Assist colleagues will all HR related queries and questions
  • Creating and deleting email access for new starters and leavers.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
  • Experience of working in a multi cultural environment
  • Ability to manage a number of tasks at any one time
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post secondary school education
EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is desirable within a 5 star hotel
