We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as an
Talent & Business Support Executive
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, supporting administrative functions, streamlining operations, and driving business development initiatives. This is a hands-on role that requires strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Responsiblities
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Perform general administrative tasks to support daily office operations
Prepare proposals and assist with documentation for business opportunities
Manage client relationships and ensure timely follow-up and service coordination
Support monthly MIS preparation and reporting for management review
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure process efficiency
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery and business objectives
Maintain HR and operational records, track employee data, and assist with basic payroll inputs
Conduct market research to support business development and lead generation activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing process improvements
Qualifications
MBA with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a combined operations, admin, HR/recruitment, or business development role
Experience with a Big 4 firm is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with basic HR/CRM tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
