What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our people:You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates, ensuring our teams are made up of individuals who deliver nothing but the best experience to our guests. You'll also manage end-to-end recruitment, applying your expertise in behavioral interviews, reference checks, issuing letters of intent, and salary negotiations. As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy. You will work closely with the Talent Attraction Manager, collaborating to explore new and innovative ways to attract and engage top talent across all departments. You will also partner with stakeholders, providing a seamless recruitment process and outstanding candidate experience while maintaining strong alignment with business needs.

What you'll bring

You'll bring your unique personality and passion for people to the role and the team You have a talent for recruiting ideally in standalone, high-volume restaurant environments, with proven experience in behavioral interviewing, stakeholders' management, reference checks and salary negotiations. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Languages like French, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic are advantageous. Ideally you are based in United Arab Emirates and bring a solid understanding of the local talent market.
