Scope of Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating T&C activities.
Coordinate with T&C vendors for delivery of initiatives
Collate, document, and summarize reports L&D programs, Talent/competency assessments etc.
Undertake data analysis and follow on reporting to support T&C initiatives as required.
Maintain applicable databases- of training events, or talent management activities.
Track the effectiveness of initiatives by collecting and collating feedback from employees.
Assist in co-ordination roll out of e-learning training for all employees.
Support and administer Assessments, 360 activity as needed.
Consult with departments and functions as required to collect, validate, and record information related to T&C initiatives with the various departments.
Consult with subject matter experts and external consultants/ T&C vendors as required.
Coordination of employee attendance list as required for workshops, seminars or similar including participant notification.
Supervise the coordination of Talent & Capability events e.g., room bookings, catering if required, preparation of attendance lists, supporting materials etc.
Post event admin - vendor/ consultant payments, event feedback and reporting.
