Position: 5132 Talent Acquisition Specialists

Responsibility:

Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management
Ability to produce and present high quality, accurate recruitment reports tailored for senior leadership and executive level reviews
A proactive mindset with the capability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Ideally, an understanding of the museum or cultural sector or experience working in a similarly structured organisation with complex, multi stakeholder environments
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and internal teams
A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and analytical ability
