Responsible for managing the recruitment section within the facility, ensuring effective management and implementation of organizational policies. The role also involves ensuring recruitment activities are conducted according to approved policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Develop policies and procedures for the recruitment section. Establish and communicate strategic plans for the section. Collaborate with HR colleagues and hiring managers to develop proactive recruitment practices. Review and update policies regularly to stay competitive. Maintain and develop recruitment databases and manpower plans. Coordinate with departmental managers on staffing needs and organizational charts. Ensure job descriptions are current and accurate. Interact with recruiters and candidates as needed. Manage the recruitment team, oversee daily operations, and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with manpower planning, recruitment policies, and service quality standards. Prepare reports on recruitment activities and manpower status. Supervise training and development for the recruitment team. Qualifications
4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in a large healthcare facility is preferred. Special certifications are desirable. Additional Details
