Our client is a federal institution who are looking at hiring an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in Banking and the financial sector for their Dubai office

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of applicant CVs and application forms based on the requirements of Executive Team members. Coordinate with the concerned management and shortlisted candidates to organize job interviews and assessment tests.
• Coordinate with HR to assist in smooth on boarding of the new employees.
• Assist the Director and HR team in day- to-day activities around HR functions.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc; Screen candidate\xe2\x80\x99s resumes and job applications.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates based on job requirements, through sources such as recruitment agencies, employee referrals, the website/intranet and other applicable sources.
• Support with preparing of s of new vacancies that come up as per the approved Manpower Planning.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill roles and source of hire.
• Develop understanding of recruitment processes and apply these in a consistent manner.
• Organize and schedule interviews as required by confirming line managers availability, booking interview rooms / virtual meetings as required, confirming and communicating arrangements with both candidates and line managers.
• Assist in production of offer letters and contract management.
• Maintain all forms and documentation pertaining to applicants and new joiners to ensure easy retrieval of documents as required.
