We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the Company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, five to eight years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments. Responsibilities
  • Participate in preparing the yearly manpower plan.
  • Follow up & implement the approved plan and report monthly in regard of the implementation percentage.
  • Fulfill the required number of vacancies through the different channels on time.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies & newspapers for the required number of new staff required.
  • Manage the candidates\xe2\x80\x99 data base and keep it up to date with sorting.
  • Interview the candidates and present a report on each candidate after the interview.
  • Arrange for interviewing the candidates that are nominated for an employee post within the Company.
  • Participate in selecting quality candidates that match the required company standards through updating the interviews exams to be up to date and insure efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Update the manpower plan on regular basis with relation to the replacement and resignations and adding the new added positions.
  • Analyze the different recruitment tools and provide reports in regard of the effectiveness and efficiencies of the different tools including the ROI of each tool.
  • Hiring documentations and employee file creation.
  • Prepare all the required regularly reports in relation to the recruitment function.
  • Coordinate with the PR for the new visas and labor approvals.
  • Any other tasks related to his work or requested by the management.
Required skills and qualifications.
  • Five to eight years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using LinkedIn to proactively source candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Professional credential, such as HR Certification Institute
