Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, team dynamics, and overall business needs.
- Conduct regular meetings to review and adjust recruitment strategies based on feedback and evolving priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Actively engage in promoting the company\xe2\x80\x99s culture and values to potential candidates.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
- Stay current on UAE employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Implement best practices for fair and unbiased hiring processes.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years as Talent Acquisition Specialist in the UAE.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
