Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, team dynamics, and overall business needs.
Conduct regular meetings to review and adjust recruitment strategies based on feedback and evolving priorities.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as an employer of choice.
Actively engage in promoting the company\xe2\x80\x99s culture and values to potential candidates.
Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
Stay current on UAE employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Implement best practices for fair and unbiased hiring processes.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
Minimum of 5 years as Talent Acquisition Specialist in the UAE.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
