The TA Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent. S/He will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, team dynamics, and overall business needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review and adjust recruitment strategies based on feedback and evolving priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Actively engage in promoting the company\xe2\x80\x99s culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current on UAE employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Implement best practices for fair and unbiased hiring processes.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years as Talent Acquisition Specialist in the UAE.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
