Key Responsibilities
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across various job portals and social platforms
Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Conduct initial candidate assessments and create shortlists based on client requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases
Assist in preparing candidate profiles, summaries, and client-ready CV formats
Support client hiring projects and follow up on submissions and feedback
Participate in recruitment campaigns, talent mapping, and bulk-hiring initiatives
Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance checks when required
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
, or a related field
Strong interest in
recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail
