Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-4 years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE.
Strong track record in both
blue-collar and white-collar hiring

Proficiency with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
